On the morning of September 28, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission organized a training course on mass mobilization work for officials of provincial and district-level state agencies in 2023. Comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission attended and directed the training course.
Attending the training course were leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of People's Committees of districts and cities assigned to be in charge of mass mobilization work; Heads of Mass Mobilization Committees of district and city Party Committees; cadres and experts of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
At the training course, delegates studied 2 topics: Topic "Some solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities at all levels in the province" introduced by Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Topic "Implementing Notice No. 38-TB/BCĐ, dated April 14, 2023 of the Provincial Steering Committee for Religious Work on land related to religious work in Ninh Binh province" introduced by Comrade Duong Thi Ha, Head of the Department of Religion - Ethnicity, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
Through the training course, delegates were thoroughly informed of the guidelines and viewpoints of the Party, the State, and Ninh Binh province on the tasks of mass mobilization work in State administrative agencies and authorities at all levels in the new situation and land issues related to religion that need attention.
Thereby, contributing to improving knowledge, awareness and capacity to perform mass mobilization tasks of staff of State agencies and authorities at all levels assigned to be in charge of mass mobilization work.
At the same time, it helps the staff of State agencies identify the importance of administrative mass mobilization work, the building and implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work, and effectively performing the tasks of socio -economic development of the locality and the province.
Speaking at the end of the training course, comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of the comrades attending the training course.
To continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities at all levels in the province, he suggested that in the coming time, comrades attending the training course actively advise the Party Committee and authorities to pay attention to directing and effectively implementing the dissemination, dissemination and implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions and the State's laws on mass mobilization work in general, especially the theoretical contents that have been conveyed in the training course.
Thereby raising awareness for cadres and civil servants of State agencies at all levels about the position and role of mass mobilization work in the new situation; innovating methods and ways of doing mass mobilization work of State agencies, contributing to enhancing the role and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the current period and successfully completing the political tasks of the sector, locality and unit.
