BSR participates in the exhibition at the 9th National Chemistry Conference

At the 9th National Chemistry Conference, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) participated in the exhibition space with many outstanding products, typical of Dung Quat Refinery. Thereby, demonstrating the image, capacity and pioneering position of BSR in the Vietnamese petrochemical refining industry.

On November 29, 2025, BSR participated in the 9th National Chemistry Conference. The event was organized by the Vietnam Chemical Association in Hanoi, bringing together leaders of ministries, branches, research institutes, universities and hundreds of domestic and foreign enterprises in the fields of energy, chemicals, petrochemicals... This is a prestigious science and technology forum, held every 5 years, playing an important role in sharing technology trends and promoting cooperation in the whole industry.

Here, BSR has created an outstanding exhibition space, comprehensively demonstrating the image, capacity and typical product lines of Dung Quat Refinery.

By participating in the 9th National Chemistry Conference, BSR not only promotes its brand and products but also strengthens connections with experts and businesses in the fields of chemistry, petrochemicals, and chemicals. This is also an opportunity for BSR to demonstrate its pioneering role in researching and developing green products, especially sustainable fuels suitable for the energy transition roadmap in Vietnam.

At the exhibition, BSR introduced 36 typical products, arranged by specialized groups and combined with aircraft and submarine models to visually illustrate the application of each product. The display categories include: special fuel groups for defense such as Jet-A1K, DO-L62 and RON83; civil gasoline groups such as E10 RON92, E10 RON95, RON92, RON95 and DO; green - environmentally friendly products including sustainable aviation and marine fuels SAF and S-MFO; and petrochemical groups including White Spirit solvents, sulfur granules and new generation Polypropylene (PP) plastic granules. Each product line meets international quality standards, demonstrating the technological mastery and efficient, stable operation of Dung Quat Refinery.

At the exhibition booth, Mr. Mai Tuan Dat - Deputy General Director of BSR, shared with delegates and visitors about the particularly important role of chemistry, chemicals and catalyst systems in the operation and production of Dung Quat Refinery. Proactively researching, optimizing and selecting suitable catalyst systems has helped BSR maintain production efficiency over the past many years. He also affirmed that in the coming time, BSR will continue to promote the development of greener, cleaner product lines, including sustainable aviation and marine fuels. Thereby contributing to the implementation of the goal of reducing emissions and transitioning the national energy.
