Bu Dang Training collaborators to support online application submission in residential communities

At the training session, the members were instructed on the following contents: Procedures for receiving and checking online public administrative procedures through the National Public Service Portal; Detailed instructions on steps for account registration, electronic identity authentication and operations for attaching documents and digital signatures online; Standardizing electronic documents in the correct format, complete and accurate so that the processing process runs smoothly and avoids errors; Communication skills, answering questions during the process of processing documents for people.

According to the plan, after the training course, 40 collaborators will apply the knowledge and skills they have learned, together with the staff of the Commune Public Administration Service Center, to establish a mobile volunteer team to visit households every Saturday and Sunday to guide and support people./.
