In particular, in the context of limited and lacking space and types of art enjoyment for audiences in the province, especially young people and children, in recent years, with the attention of all levels and sectors, Lam Son Art Theater has effectively implemented the Project "Television stage and children's stage, period 2021-2025". Meritorious Artist Vu Trong Huynh, Deputy Director of Lam Son Art Theater, shared: "The Project on television stage and children's stage, period 2021-2025" contributes to the good implementation of the policy of socializing cultural and artistic activities, including units that have enthusiastically supported both materially and spiritually such as Thanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio - Television Station or local authorities, school principals as well as the support of parents. From there, audiences can access and enjoy artistic products that contribute to raising awareness, aesthetics, education , and entertainment to build and develop comprehensive and positive people."

Every year, Lam Son Art Theater organizes and performs 2 children's stage plays. The plays all convey meaningful messages with plots exploited and adapted from the treasure trove of Vietnamese and world fairy tales... While enjoying the performance, children can also interact with the theater's artists through activities such as singing, participating in acting, answering dramatic situations... Every time they come to the theater, it is an interesting extracurricular lesson when the "party" of art and entertainment is cleverly combined with messages about culture and education, guiding children to the values of "truth - goodness - beauty", recognizing the good things and the right things in life, encouraging them to strive to practice and study.

With 265 performances, serving nearly 50,000 students from 45 primary and preschool schools in Thanh Hoa province during the project implementation period, the children's stage programs of Lam Son Art Theater are an artistic "party" that is both fun, attractive, entertaining and a useful and meaningful playground for teenagers and children.

“In each play, what we focus on is to bring about interaction and connection between children and the characters in the play through many forms and activities such as: singing, participating in acting, and answering dramatic situations. That not only creates excitement but also helps children recognize and evaluate whether the character's actions are right or wrong. They can defend good people and criticize and expose bad things. Combining art with education, children can learn while playing, play while learning. And after each play, the most successful is the joy and excitement expressed by the thunderous applause of children, teachers and parents" - Meritorious Artist Vu Trong Huynh said.

With elaborately staged plays, attractive content, suitable for children's age, psychology, and aesthetic taste, the Lam Son Art Theater's children's theater program has become an annual activity, with wide influence and spread, loved and awaited by parents, schools, teenagers and children, truly a special "gift" of childhood.

Above all, the success of each play has helped Lam Son Art Theater leave a deep impression on the public, adding bright colors to the province's cultural and artistic life, expanding the cultural and artistic space for children. "Children's theater programs help keep the theater always lit. The buses carrying teenagers and children to watch performances at the theater have contributed to spreading the meaning of children's theater programs to the community. Performing and interacting with the children has created a lot of motivation for the theater's artists to work, be passionate about their profession, to interact, perform, and at the same time convey messages and humanistic values to the young generation - the future "owners" of the country, and also the future, hope, and resources of Thanh Hoa's traditional theater in particular, and Vietnamese traditional theater in general" - Meritorious Artist Vu Trong Huynh confided.
