International cooperation paves the way for Vietnamese milk to go further
It is known that the ViPlus Nutritional Australia Joint Venture, established in May 2025 between Nutifood and ViPlus Dairy (Australia) with a total initial investment of more than 3 million USD, is the foundation for the international strategy.
At the same time, Nutifood invested an additional 230 million USD (equivalent to 6,000 billion VND) to expand the farm and factory in Gia Lai, developing a production line for ready-to-drink nutritional milk according to Australian standard formula, targeting global consumers who prioritize quality and convenience.
"The Vietnamese dairy industry is still young, so if we want to reach international standards, we need to cooperate with partners with hundreds of years of experience in Europe and the US. Cooperation helps shape technology, quality standards and sustainable production processes.
Vietnamese enterprises cannot rely solely on aspirations, but need to learn from international experiences to promote internal strengths and absorb technological quintessence from developed countries," Mr. Minh shared.
Mr. Jon McNaught, General Director of ViPlus Dairy, highly appreciated the capacity of the Vietnamese partner, emphasizing that cooperation does not stop at business but also aims at contributing to the community and sustainable development.
During his visit to Nutifood headquarters, Mr. Danny Pearson highly appreciated the Vietnam-Australia cooperation model, considering it a symbol of bilateral connection and development. He expected the joint venture to become a model of effective economic cooperation, promoting trade and creating sustainable job opportunities for both countries.
