Dutch Post issues 4th gold edition crypto stamp

On November 6, the Netherlands Post Office launched the fourth gold edition of the cryptocurrency stamp called the Sun God (Crypto NL 4 Gold Edition – Helios).

Helios, the sun god, dispels darkness with his radiant power. On this Crypto NL Gold Edition stamp, a gold bar floats in his hand as a symbol of light and magic. This edition was issued by the Netherlands Post in a limited edition of only 299 copies and is a rare collector's item.

The special gold edition of the Crypto stamp has a digital counterpart in the blockchain in radiant gold, and each physical stamp contains 1 gram of real 24-carat gold bullion. The gold edition is packaged in a beautiful box. Each individual Crypto NL 4 Gold Edition stamp has a digital counterpart in gold that is linked to the blockchain, a computer technology that uses a distributed database to secure ownership of cryptocurrencies or other valuable digital assets such as crypto art and crypto stamps. These digital items are also known as NFTs (non-fungible tokens). The digital replica can be viewed on a computer or smartphone and can also be stored in a digital collection or sold using a digital wallet.
