On January 12, 2026, the Cao Bang Provincial Post Office held a conference to implement its 2026 business plan, attended by the Provincial Post Office's leadership, heads of functional departments, and representatives from commune and ward post offices throughout the province.

The Director of Cao Bang Provincial Post Office delivered a speech at the conference.

Prior to the Conference, the Cao Bang Provincial Post Office delegation organized a ceremony to offer incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at the Pac Bo historical site. This was to express their respect and gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh's immense contributions, and to contribute to political and ideological education, fostering a sense of responsibility and dedication among cadres and workers in the new era.

The conference was chaired by Comrade Do Hai Nguyen – Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Cao Bang Provincial Post Office. At the conference, the Provincial Post Office conducted a comprehensive assessment of its business performance in 2025, highlighting achievements, shortcomings, limitations, and their causes. Simultaneously, it announced and implemented personnel changes, appointing Directors of commune and ward post offices to strengthen the organization and improve management and operational efficiency at the grassroots level. The conference also awarded outstanding collectives and individuals for their achievements in business performance in 2025, thereby recognizing and promptly encouraging the efforts and contributions of cadres and workers throughout the province.

Besides summarizing and evaluating the results of tasks performed in 2025, the Conference focused on implementing key tasks and solutions for 2026, requiring units to closely adhere to assigned targets, proactively develop specific action plans, promote a spirit of unity, innovation, and creativity, and be determined to complete and surpass production and business targets.

Delivering a keynote address at the conference, Comrade Do Hai Nguyen emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year, requiring the entire Cao Bang Provincial Post Office network to accelerate its efforts from the beginning, focusing on improving service quality and management efficiency, putting customers at the center, thereby creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the unit.
