The Vinh Long Provincial Post Office held a conference to implement its business plan for 2026.

On the afternoon of January 21, 2026, the Vinh Long Provincial Post Office solemnly held a conference to implement its 2026 business plan. The conference was honored to welcome Mr. Le Quoc Anh – Member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Post Corporation. The conference was an important event aimed at thoroughly understanding the objectives, tasks, and key solutions, and creating a determined atmosphere to successfully implement the 2026 business plan throughout the unit.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai – Director of Vinh Long Provincial Post Office – presented the report at the Conference.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, Director of the Vinh Long Provincial Post Office, presented a report on the implementation of the 2026 business plan, outlining key targets, operational directions, priority tasks, and organizational solutions, in line with the new organizational model and development requirements for the coming period.

Through the contributions and discussions from grassroots units, the Conference focused on discussing and analyzing specific solutions to improve operational efficiency, service quality, business development, and optimize operations; while also promoting the proactive role and sense of responsibility of each unit and locality in organizing and implementing tasks in 2026.

In his directive speech at the Conference, Mr. Le Quoc Anh – Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation – emphasized that 2026 is a year of special significance, a pivotal year marking the beginning of a new development phase. Vietnam Post will shift from a defensive, consolidation-oriented approach to an accelerated, breakthrough one, requiring the Vinh Long Provincial Post Office to strongly innovate its thinking and management methods. This includes identifying market share and focusing on strong, structured growth in core postal and delivery services through consistent guidance, management, communication, and mechanisms to leverage business growth. Simultaneously, the Vinh Long Post Office must ensure service quality, especially customer care, creating a perfect customer experience. The Corporation will always accompany the unit throughout the production and business implementation process, promptly resolving difficulties to help the unit achieve its planned goals.

Comrade Le Quoc Anh – Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation – presented certificates of commendation to outstanding collectives and individuals.

Within the framework of the Conference, Vietnam Post Corporation honored outstanding individuals in 2025 and awarded commendations to collectives and individuals at the State and Ministry levels, recognizing their sense of responsibility, effort, creativity, and positive contributions to the overall results of the entire unit during the 2023-2024 period and the 2025 plan year.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai – Director of Vinh Long Provincial Post Office – presented the Decision assigning the plan to the Directors of communes/wards.

Responding to the directives, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, Director of Vinh Long Provincial Post Office, expressed gratitude for the close leadership of the General Corporation and the companionship and efforts of all employees in 2025. She also affirmed the determination of the leadership and employees to concretize the General Corporation's directives into practical action programs, implementing them synchronously and decisively from the beginning of 2026, striving to complete and exceed the assigned production and business targets. She emphasized that the employees of Vinh Long Provincial Post Office need to cultivate a spirit of "Excellence" – being both streamlined and proficient, with a high sense of responsibility and determination in every action, working together with the unit.

The conference concluded in an atmosphere of unity, innovation, determination, and breakthrough, creating an important foundation for Vinh Long Provincial Post Office to accelerate its growth from the beginning of the year, proactively adapt, improve its operational capacity, and successfully achieve its production and business goals for 2026.
