Ca Mau organized a conference to study, disseminate, propagate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025

The conference was held in person and online. The main bridge point was at the Provincial People's Committee Hall, connecting to 240 commune and ward bridge points in the whole province, with 16,697 delegates attending. There were 176 delegates attending at the provincial bridge point, including: XV National Assembly delegates working in the province ; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee ; Provincial Party Executive Committee member ; Members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission ; comrades, heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front country, nest political office - society provincial level and equivalent; agencies mandarin Central stationed in the province ; provincial reporters; heads, deputy heads and specialists of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department ; heads and deputy heads of departments and offices of the Provincial Political School .

The Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is divided into specialized topics: Topic: Assessment of the term 2020 - 2025; potential, advantages, advantages, difficulties, opportunities, challenges of Ca Mau province in the term 2025 - 2030 (Comrade Huynh Quoc Viet , alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee conveyed). Topic: Party building and rectification work and the political system; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc in the past term and directions and tasks to come (Comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province conveyed). Topic: Orientation of goals, tasks, solutions for economic development associated with the application of science, technology and environmental protection (Comrade Lam Van Bi, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee conveyed). Topic: Orientation of goals, tasks, and solutions for developing cultural and social fields (Comrade Nguyen Minh Luan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered). Topic: Tasks and solutions to ensure national defense, security, foreign affairs, maintain political stability; prevent corruption, waste, and negativity in the new situation (Comrade Nguyen Binh Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission delivered).

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Huynh Quoc Viet, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is a collective work, built with intelligence, enthusiasm, aspiration to rise up, and determination to innovate and create in the entire Party Committee, people and army of Ca Mau province. He requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels concretize the Resolution and the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee with specific targets and tasks, avoiding generalities and formalities, with the spirit of "05 clear": "clear people - clear work - clear process - clear responsibility - clear results" in the implementation. Localities, agencies and units need to urgently develop action programs, plans and projects to implement the Resolution right from the beginning of the term. After studying and thoroughly understanding the Resolution, cadres and Party members must write reports according to regulations.
