This is a nationwide social-professional organization, established at the end of May 2025 to gather individuals and organizations operating in the fields of culture, arts, creativity..., contributing to promoting the development of the cultural industry as a new economic sector with high added value, a key field in the country's development.

In simple terms, perhaps the most important point of the Association in its role of promoting the development of the cultural industry in a substantial way is its ability to connect the components of the cultural industry, creating opportunities for those components to develop sustainably as a whole, enhancing the ability to integrate strongly into the international community based on the pillar of national cultural identity. According to preliminary statistics, Vietnam currently has about 70,000 enterprises operating in the field of cultural industry, with the participation of 3 million workers. However, the development of the cultural industry is still fragmented, some are spontaneous, lacking vision and the ability to mobilize social resources for this important work.

In fact, in recent years, the Vietnamese cultural industry has had a certain upswing thanks to the correct and relatively timely policies of the State, as well as the emergence of a number of individuals and organizations that promote the spirit of innovation and creativity. For example, in the field of culture, performing arts and entertainment, the emergence of large-scale live stage models, performances that honor traditional arts and Vietnamese cultural identity by many young singers and music groups not only meet the entertainment needs of domestic audiences but also gradually bring Vietnamese art to the world . The efforts of those individuals and organizations, if they receive the appropriate support of the profession, businesses and the community through the gathering and guidance of a highly specialized organization, will certainly be more effective, and there will no longer be a scene of "each family's light shining brightly", flashing and then suddenly going out at any time.

Whether the activities of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association are successful or not depends largely on the organizational capacity and connection of the components of Vietnam's cultural industry.
