Overall objective

The goal is to build Cienco4 Group into a sustainably developing, efficient, and competitive enterprise; to diversify its business sectors, focusing primarily on transportation construction, developing other product lines appropriately, and strengthening the application of modern and advanced technologies in production and business; to enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party; to build a strong and comprehensive Party organization and mass organizations; to better address the material and spiritual well-being of employees; and to increase accumulation to enhance potential and develop Cienco4 Group into a strong brand domestically and regionally.

1. Construction of transportation infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally;

2. Construction of industrial, civil, irrigation, agricultural, and forestry projects;

3. Construction of water supply and drainage infrastructure, land leveling, and electrical works;

4. Fabrication and manufacturing of steel bridge girders and steel components;

5. Consulting, surveying, and designing transportation, civil, irrigation, agricultural, and forestry projects;

6. Testing of construction materials; Testing and quality control of transportation infrastructure and other construction projects;

7. Investing in transportation infrastructure projects, small-scale hydropower plants, and other infrastructure projects under the BOT, BT, and BOO models;

Human resources of CIENCO4 Group

Construction technologies of CIENCO4 Group

Currently, Cienco4 Group is a large and reputable contractor in the field of transportation infrastructure construction in the Vietnamese market, having mastered most advanced construction technologies in the world and ready to meet all technical construction requirements.

Cienco4 Group's advanced bridge and road construction technologies include:

- Construction technology for bored piles with a diameter of 1-2m, using equipment from Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany;

- The balanced cantilever girder construction technology with the largest span in Vietnam (150m) was manufactured and constructed by Cienco4 (at Ham Luong Bridge and Cua Dai Bridge);

- The push-casting construction technology was transferred from the Soviet Union and manufactured by Cienco4 (used in the construction of Hien Luong Bridge and Quan Hau Bridge);

- The technology for constructing box girders using the sliding scaffolding method (MSS) was transferred and implemented by SUMITOMO of Japan at the Thanh Tri Bridge;

- Construction technology for box girders on in-situ scaffolding manufactured by Cienco4;

- Super-T beam technology, prestressed reinforced concrete beams;

- Construction technologies such as "drainage wicks," "sand piles," and "cement-reinforced soil piles," using technology and equipment from Japan and China, are used to treat weak soil foundations;

- Construction technologies for various types of asphalt concrete;

- Construction technology for high-rise bridge piers (Pá Uôn bridge project in Sơn La province);

- Construction technology for cement concrete pavements using German techniques and equipment (projects at Da Nang, Vinh, Noi Bai, Pleiku, Tho Xuan, Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh, and Phu Bai airports);

- Anti-slip technology;

- Technology for constructing cable-stayed bridges;

- Construction technology for reinforced concrete arch bridges (Co Co Bridge - Da Nang city);

- Tunnel construction technology through mountains (Chiem Son tunnel, part of package 4 of the North-South expressway construction project, Da Nang - Quang Ngai section), Than Vu tunnel - a component project for the Dien Chau - Bai Vot section of the North-South expressway construction project in the eastern region;

- Jet-Grouting pile construction technology has been applied in the Trung Hoa intersection project, the Le Van Luong underpass, the underpass at the intersection of Ring Road 2.5 and Giai Phong Road (Hanoi), and the underpass at the intersection west of Tran Thi Ly Bridge (Da Nang).

- Construction technology for underpasses in urban areas at projects such as the Trung Hoa intersection, Thanh Xuan underpass, Le Van Luong underpass, underpass at the intersection of Ring Road 2.5 and Giai Phong Road (Hanoi), underpass at the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection (Ho Chi Minh City), and underpass at the intersection west of Tran Thi Ly Bridge (Da Nang).
