
Attending the flower and incense offering ceremony were comrades: Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense , Head of the Workshop Steering Committee; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; heads of agencies under the Ministry of National Defense; representatives of leaders of units: Military Region 5, Army Corps 34 and leaders of departments and branches of Gia Lai province along with historical witnesses and officers and soldiers of Army Corps 34.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates observed a minute of silence, offered flowers and incense in memory of and gratitude to the nation's outstanding sons who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.
The flower and incense offering ceremony is also an opportunity to review the heroic martyrs' achievements that made the Plei Me Victory 60 years ago. The victory has great political and military significance; is the pride of the ethnic people and armed forces of the Central Highlands, and at the same time contributes significantly to the overall victory of the Army and people of the whole country.

This activity is within the framework of the events of the Scientific Workshop "Plei Me Victory - Stature, significance and historical lessons" at the Ministry of National Defense level to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Plei Me Victory (November 26, 1965 - November 26, 2025).
Thereby, contributing to arousing national pride, fostering patriotism and a sense of responsibility in preserving and promoting historical values; continuing to build Gia Lai to develop more and more, contributing to the cause of firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
