These days, Cho Cui Temple (Nghi Xuan Commune) and Ca Temple - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi (Bac Hong Linh Ward) have begun to be crowded with groups of visitors from many provinces and cities coming to visit and worship. In the bustling atmosphere, localities and relic management boards are also urgently and actively deploying preparations for the upcoming festival season.

At Cho Cui Temple, one of the attractive destinations of Ha Tinh , preparations to welcome visitors are being actively implemented. Mr. Nguyen Cong Duc - the officer in charge of management at Cho Cui Temple said: "Storm No. 10 caused damage to many items, along with the rising water level of Lam River, bringing a thick layer of mud covering the entire parking lot and the road to the relic site (KDT), making travel very difficult. Immediately after the storm, we mobilized forces to clean up, improve the environmental landscape and rebuild the works and items. Up to now, the basic work has been completed, ensuring service for visitors to the temple and ready for the annual Cho Cui Temple festival taking place in early October of the upcoming lunar calendar."

Not only the government, but also the businesses around the KDT are busy cleaning and repairing their stalls. Mr. Phan Tuan Bao - the owner of a business at Cho Cui Temple shared: "We have repaired the damaged kiosk roof, fully prepared offerings to serve customers, more importantly, we maintain civilized and friendly behavior to contribute to building a beautiful image of the relic."
Also holding the festival in early October of the lunar calendar, at the Ca Temple - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi, preparations are underway. Mr. Nguyen Van Son, in charge of temple ceremonies, said: "To welcome pilgrims to visit, worship and attend the procession on the occasion of Quan Hoang Muoi's death anniversary, we are re-installing the tile floor in front of the main shrine, installing and repairing the electrical system, and cleaning the shrines. At the same time, we are preparing 40 procession cars and tools for the procession... It is expected that all work will be completed before November 15."

According to the plan, the Ca Temple Festival - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi in 2025 will take place from November 20-29 (ie October 1-10 of the lunar calendar) at the ward level. The festival will have a series of exciting cultural and sports activities such as: Festival of practicing the worship of the Mother Goddess of the Three Palaces, the contest of "Wrapping and cooking banh chung to offer to the Saints", the water supply procession and the procession of Quan Hoang Muoi, cultural exchanges, folk worship ceremonies, thanksgiving ceremonies...
Mr. Hoang The Hung - Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Bac Hong Linh Ward said: "The organization of the festival aims to arouse love for the homeland, country, and national pride among the people. Thereby, preserving and promoting the cultural values and traditional festivals of the locality. At the same time, creating a breakthrough to gradually develop spiritual and cultural tourism, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals set out in the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress".

Along with Cho Cui Temple, Ca Temple - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi, many other famous relics such as Huong Tich Pagoda (Can Loc Commune), Dai Hung Pagoda (Nam Hong Linh Ward), Che Thang Phu Nhan Temple Nguyen Thi Bich Chau (Hai Ninh Ward), Hai Thuong Lan Ong Urban Area (Huong Son Commune), Chan Tien Pagoda (Loc Ha Commune) ... are also preparing for the year-end festival season, expecting to attract tens of thousands of visitors. However, some relic sites have not yet been handed over to local authorities after the province dissolved regional cultural and communication centers, making it difficult to proactively restore, refurbish and welcome visitors.

In order to prepare for cultural and spiritual activities at historical and cultural relics in the coming time, the Department has issued a document directing and guiding localities to carry out preparation work, ensuring the following factors: safety, civilization, and savings before and during the organization of festivals and activities. For some relics that are awaiting handover according to the province's plan, we hope that localities will be proactive in overcoming damage after the storm, renovating the landscape of the relics, and preparing the necessary conditions to welcome and serve tourists in the coming time.
