Provincial leaders visit and present Tet gifts to local communities.

On the morning of February 8th, provincial leaders visited and presented Tet gifts to poor households, families receiving preferential treatment, and border guard posts in various localities throughout the province.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the morning of February 8th, Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Internal Affairs Committee, visited and presented Tet gifts to policy beneficiary families and poor households in Nghia Thuan and Tung Vai communes.

In the two communes, the comrade presented gifts to four people who rendered meritorious services to the revolution, four elderly people, and 20 poor households; at the same time, gifts from the Provincial Party Committee - Provincial People's Council - Provincial People's Committee - Provincial Fatherland Front Committee were presented to Nghia Thuan and Tung Vai communes. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Nghia Thuan Border Guard Station and Tung Vai Border Guard Station.

During his visits, Comrade Phung Tien Quan cordially inquired about the health and well-being of the families, expressing gratitude for the contributions of those who rendered meritorious service to the revolution; he also encouraged poor households and the elderly to continue striving to improve their lives and to have a joyful and warm Tet holiday. He also acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility of the officers and soldiers of the two border guard posts in fulfilling their duties of protecting sovereignty and maintaining security and order in the border area.

This activity demonstrates the concern of the Party committee and the government for policy beneficiary families, poor households, and forces serving in border areas, contributing to improving the lives of the people and ensuring that everyone can enjoy the Spring Festival and celebrate Tet.

On the morning of February 8th, Comrade Ha Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, visited and presented Tet gifts to families with meritorious service to the revolution, the elderly, poor households, and households with difficult circumstances; and assessed the situation regarding the preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Kien Dai commune.

In Kien Dai commune, Mr. Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, visited, extended New Year greetings, and presented two Tet gifts to elderly people; two gifts to people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution; and 158 Tet gifts to poor households and people in difficult circumstances in Kien Dai commune. These meaningful and timely gifts encourage and share with the people, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and the joint efforts of agencies, units, organizations, and benevolent individuals; contributing to spreading the beautiful tradition of "mutual support and compassion" of the Vietnamese people, especially during Tet.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Ha Trung Kien emphasized: In recent years, the work of visiting and giving gifts to policy beneficiaries, the elderly, the poor, and those in difficult circumstances has always been a priority for the Party, the State, and Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially during Tet (Lunar New Year). This contributes to ensuring that everyone can celebrate Tet joyfully and warmly, upholding the fine tradition of "mutual support and compassion" and the spirit of solidarity of our nation during Tet and Spring, hoping that the people will have better conditions to celebrate Tet fully and warmly.

The comrade suggested that the commune focus on effectively implementing the preparations for the election of National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring it is on schedule and in accordance with regulations; regularly monitor the people's situation and public opinion; mobilize the people to comply well with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; propagate and mobilize to complete the military recruitment tasks in the area; do a good job in fire prevention and control; and take care of the people's lives during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 so that everyone can celebrate the New Year happily, warmly, safely, and joyfully.
