Participating in the activity were Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ngo Dong Hai; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Pham Hung Thai; leaders of central agencies in the southern region; together with leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, typical examples of the 8 southern provinces, including: Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, An Giang.
