Within the framework of the 2025 Exchange Program of typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Southern region held in Tay Ninh, on the morning of December 6, 2025, the delegation of typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Southern region organized incense offering and source-returning activities at the Martyrs' Cemetery of Hill 82, Tan Bien commune and the special national relic of the Southern Central Bureau.

Delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Hill 82 Martyrs' Cemetery.

Participating in the activity were Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ngo Dong Hai; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Pham Hung Thai; leaders of central agencies in the southern region; together with leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, typical examples of the 8 southern provinces, including: Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, An Giang.

At the Hill 82 Martyrs' Cemetery, delegates observed a minute of silence, offered incense at the Memorial and the graves of heroic martyrs, and expressed their gratitude for the great contributions of heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives in wars to gain national independence, liberate the South, unify the country, firmly protect border sovereignty and fulfill noble international duties.

Visiting the Central Office of the Southern Region's special national relic site, the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of heroic martyrs and at the offices of comrades Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Vo Van Kiet, Tran Nam Trung, etc. to express gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the leaders of the Central Office of the Southern Region and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification. In addition, the delegates reviewed the history of formation and the tradition of resistance of the Central Office of the Southern Region's special national relic site through a documentary film using 3D mapping technology and an exhibition room of artifacts.
