Communes proposing to adjust and integrate planning must be consistent with the Provincial Planning.

On the afternoon of December 7, Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the Conference to give opinions on the proposals of the communes: Bang Lang, Xuan Giang, Dong Yen and Tien Yen on the content of adjusting the Planning of Tuyen Quang province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (after consolidation and merger).

Overview of the Conference.

At the Conference, the leaders of the communes reported on the proposed contents of adjusting and integrating the commune planning with the Tuyen Quang Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. In particular, Tien Yen commune proposed a new planning of the commune administrative center in a concentrated direction with suitable infrastructure conditions to develop a new, synchronous and modern administrative center; additional planning of a cultural performance area; additional planning of a Health Station.

Leaders of the Department of Construction contributed opinions at the Conference.

Xuan Giang commune proposed to plan the key fruit tree and concentrated livestock areas to become the province's concentrated commodity production areas. Bang Lang commune proposed to plan the new administrative center of the commune, expand traffic roads, commune and inter-commune roads; plan 2 new industrial clusters and build Bang Lang commune center to become a type V urban area. Dong Yen commune proposed to plan national defense and security land, industrial clusters, new administrative center of the commune, concentrated residential areas...

Dong Yen commune leaders reported on proposed adjustments and integration of commune planning with the Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

Discussing at the Conference, delegates discussed the contents of the planning proposals of the four communes; it is necessary to be consistent and integrated with the land use planning adjustment and the general orientation of Tuyen Quang province; clarify the proposed content and the reasons for the adjustment.

Concluding the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nong Thi Bich Hue requested the leaders of Bang Lang, Xuan Giang, Dong Yen and Tien Yen communes to urgently review and supplement the proposed contents for adjustment according to the planning of sectors, fields and localities and soon complete the provincial report according to the plan and requirements.

He noted that for the proposed additional contents (not yet included in the Provincial Master Plan), it is necessary to adjust the planning and integrate after implementing the two-level local government model. New policies of the Central Government and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels must be carefully studied to ensure orientation and create development momentum for the locality.
