* In La Dee commune , Mr. Bui The Anh, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, said that on the morning of November 1, the Commune Civil Defense Command organized a working group to visit, encourage and support necessities for 7 Ta Rieng households isolated in Dac Ha Loi village, due to the road leading to the village being severely eroded.
The delegation also visited households whose houses were damaged by landslides and forced to temporarily evacuate to safety.

Up to now, the inter-village roads in the area have been repaired and are basically open. However, the road to Dac Ha Loi village is mountainous and the rain is still persistent, posing a potential safety risk to the construction team, so the locality has temporarily stopped repairing it and will continue to reopen the road when the weather stabilizes.
* In Avuong commune , on the morning of November 1, local police, army and militia forces crossed forests and streams to bring rice, instant noodles, drinking water and necessities to households in isolated areas.

Mr. Briu Quan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Avuong Commune, said: "Particularly for isolated villages, having to walk for hours through many slippery and landslide-prone roads, local forces persistently transported goods, ensuring that people do not go hungry during the rainy and flooded days."

* In Tay Giang commune , the same morning, taking advantage of the rain to stop, the local government and armed forces organized food supplies for 44 households with 130 Co Tu people in Axoo village.
Due to serious landslides on the road leading to the village, the forces had to walk for more than 3 hours, cross many landslides, wade through mud and cross dangerous forests to help people carry food back to the village.

The efforts of the government and frontline forces in mountainous areas have helped people affected by floods feel more secure amid the harsh weather and soon stabilize their lives.
