VNeID is an application developed by the National Population Data Center ( Ministry of Public Security ), containing personal identification codes and integrating many important documents such as ID cards, driver's licenses, vehicle registration, social insurance...
Recently, VNeID has a new update (version 2.2.4) with 7 adjustments, adding important features to improve the experience and convenience for people. Notably, this version adds integration to provide information on Land Use Rights Certificates.
To update this feature, VNeID application users just need to perform the following simple steps:

Step 1: Access the VNeID application that has registered for level 2 identification, select Other services , then select Provide information to state agencies .

Step 2: Enter the passcode. In the section Providing information to State agencies, select Create new . Providing information to competent State agencies is to serve the purpose of verifying, checking, comparing and processing information.

Step 3: After entering Create new, select the information type Land use right certificate . Here, you fill in the information required by the application completely and accurately and confirm that the information provided is correct.
According to the provisions of Decree 280/2025 of the Government, effective from November 1, when people go through authentication procedures (certifying copies from originals, certifying signatures...), they will no longer have to present the original or copies of documents and papers if that information has been properly integrated into the VNeID application.
Therefore, when integrating the Land Use Rights Certificate on the VNeID application, people only need to present information on the VNeID application for judicial officers to check, instead of having to carry a series of original documents as before.
