The role of the Fatherland Front and the Front Work Committee in residential areas is becoming more and more important, as a place to gather, unite, reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the people, and be a bridge connecting the Party's will with the people's hearts...
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Bac Khanh Vinh commune to innovate the content and methods of operation according to the very specific and profound instructions of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term: Cadres and party members of the Front and mass organizations must be the core, keeping "3 close" (close to the people - close to the grassroots - close to the digital space); "5 musts" (must listen - must dialogue - must be a model - must take responsibility - must report results); "4 nos" (no formalities - no avoidance - no shirking - no wrong functions)... Besides, the locality continues to take care of the families and relatives of people with revolutionary contributions; help the poor and people in especially difficult circumstances...
The three villages of Suoi Cau, Suoi Sau and Ben Khe (Bac Khanh Vinh commune, Khanh Hoa province) with more than 1,118 households, over 4,600 people, including 9 ethnic groups living together in solidarity and harmony. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the administration of the government and the active participation of the Fatherland Front and other organizations, Bac Khanh Vinh has achieved many encouraging results: the agricultural economy has changed significantly; people have boldly transformed the structure of crops and livestock, forming a garden economic model combined with livestock farming, growing valuable fruit trees such as durian, green-skin pomelo, banana; raising cows, pigs and chickens in the direction of goods, improving productivity and quality; people's material life has been increasingly improved, most households have solidly built houses, fully equipped with living facilities.

Along with economic development, the cultural and social life here has been improved with over 95% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family. Attention has been paid to the promotion of learning and talent; 100% of children go to school. In particular, the spirit of mutual love and mutual assistance in production and life in the three villages is maintained regularly. In 2024, people contributed tens of millions of VND to support the Northern people affected by storms and floods; donated and supported policy families and disadvantaged households.
