
According to observations by VTC News reporters, on January 14th, a series of specialized technical equipment for fireworks displays was assembled and installed on Le Duc Tho Street (in front of My Dinh Stadium, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi ).

Authorities are urgently completing the installation of the fireworks display, securing the frame, and arranging the firing positions according to the approved plan. The fireworks launch area has been cordoned off and strictly controlled to ensure absolute safety.


Military personnel are urgently completing the installation and adjustment of the fireworks launching system across the entire site. At this time, the fireworks have not yet been loaded into the tubes to ensure safety.


Every step of the process is thoroughly checked and reviewed to ensure compliance with technical plans and safety requirements.


The launch tubes are made of metal, with various diameters to suit the size of each type of fireworks.

Specialized technical equipment for the fireworks display has been assembled in the Le Duc Tho street area.

According to the plan, the fireworks display is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, starting at 8:10 PM on January 23rd, in accordance with the overall script of the special art program celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the plan, the total number of fireworks to be used includes 4,600 high-altitude fireworks, 950 various types of fountain displays, and 4,400 pyrotechnic fireworks tubes.

The fireworks display was set up in the area of My Dinh National Stadium; specifically, pyrotechnic fireworks were installed on the roof and on both sides of grandstand B, while high-altitude explosive fireworks were positioned from halfway down Le Duc Tho Street, past the clock tower to the open field in front of the Aquatic Sports Palace, Tu Liem Ward.

The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Hanoi Capital Command to coordinate with relevant agencies of the Ministry of National Defense to assess the results of inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, types, brands, country of origin, year of manufacture, and expiration dates for imported fireworks; and to ensure that foreign experts and other forces participating in the fireworks display are adequately qualified.

The Hanoi City Police Department is in charge of developing plans and strategies to ensure security, social order, and traffic safety; focusing on guiding and organizing traffic flow around the fireworks display area, facilitating access for vehicles carrying fireworks and technical equipment to the site. The fireworks display is expected to create an impressive highlight, concluding the evening's artistic performance with dazzling images, spreading a message of faith, aspirations for development, and a bright future for the country.
