Can Tho opens the 2025 National Kickboxing Club Championship

On the evening of November 11, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City coordinated with the Vietnam Kickboxing Federation to solemnly organize the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Kickboxing Club Championship.

This year's National Kickboxing Club Championship is an important sporting activity, a healthy and useful playground to enhance solidarity, exchange and learning between units.

This is also an opportunity to check and evaluate the quality of athlete training and education, contributing to discovering and selecting outstanding talents for the national team.

This year's tournament brings together 21 delegations with 349 coaches and athletes, from provinces, cities and training centers across the country such as: An Giang, Can Tho 1, Can Tho 2, Dong Thap, Tay Ninh, Vinh Long, Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Nha Trang, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai, and units: Kickboxing Ranking Vietnam Company, Viet Long Training Center, Hong Dan Ca Mau, Lion Vinh Long, Thien Phong Can Tho.

This tournament contributes to the successful implementation of the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", mobilizing a large number of people to regularly practice and compete in sports, contributing to improving community health for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

At the same time, the tournament contributes to promoting and developing the Kickboxing training movement widely in provinces and cities across the country, thereby discovering and selecting excellent athletes to concentrate, train, and compete in regional, national and international tournaments in the coming time.

The tournament takes place from now until November 17, with 75 competitions, divided into two age groups: 15-17 and 18-40 years old, promising to bring many attractive, dramatic and high-quality matches.
