With the goal of raising awareness and encouraging proactive prevention of drugs and HIV/AIDS, the activities took place enthusiastically, attracting the participation of more than 600 students out of a total of 760 students studying, working and receiving treatment at the Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 1 in Can Tho City.

Master - Doctor Dap Thanh Giang, Head of HIV/AIDS Prevention Department - Can Tho City Center for Disease Control directly disseminated and disseminated knowledge on topics of HIV/AIDS situation, advances in treatment (ART, PrEP) and especially emphasized the risk relationship between drug use and HIV infection. The communication session provided accurate and timely information according to medical expertise, helping drug addicts understand the importance of early testing and treatment.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Kien, Deputy Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Department of Can Tho City Police, said that the series of activities achieved dual goals, not only creating a vibrant and healthy competitive atmosphere, but also emphasizing the importance of raising awareness and proactively preventing drugs and HIV/AIDS right in the rehabilitation environment.
