The road connecting the center of Thuan Hoa commune (formerly Vi Xuyen district) with National Highway 4C is nearly 5km long, invested and paved in 2011 according to the standards of a grade 5 mountainous road. After more than 10 years of use, the road has now seriously degraded at many points. The road surface is peeling, there are many potholes with a diameter of more than 1m, 15-20cm deep, posing potential risks to traffic participants.
