According to Reuters, informed sources said a Ukrainian drone attack has caused Russia's Novorossiysk port on the Black Sea to temporarily suspend oil exports, equivalent to 2.2 million barrels per day - accounting for 2% of global supply.
World oil prices rose more than 2% on November 14, due to concerns about supply being affected after the attack.
Brent crude futures rose $1.24 (1.97%) to $64.25 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose $1.25 (2.13%) to $59.94 a barrel.
This is one of the biggest attacks on Russian oil infrastructure in recent months, as Ukraine has stepped up its attacks to reduce Russia's oil export revenue. Kiev has not officially commented on the incident.

Kranosdar Region Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said Novorossiysk was the hardest hit area in the region. More than 170 people and 50 pieces of equipment were deployed overnight to quickly extinguish the fire and provide assistance to residents.
Russian officials said the attack damaged a moored ship, several apartment buildings and an oil depot in Novorossiysk, injuring three crew members.
Three sources said the Ukrainian attack hit and damaged two piers at Sheskharis terminal, piers 1 and 1A, which handle tankers of 40,000 tonnes and 140,000 tonnes. A fire broke out at the terminal but was brought under control.
The shipping group Delo said the drone debris fell at a container port in the region, while the Interfax news agency said it also fell at Russia’s NKHP grain port. Both facilities said operations were running normally.
Russia's state-owned oil pipeline company Transneft was also forced to temporarily stop supplying oil to the port of Novorossiysk, Reuters sources said.
Meanwhile, the Caspian Pipeline joint venture, which exports oil from Kazakhstan via the port of Yuzhnaya Ozereevka, about 15km from Novorossiysk, stopped loading for several hours. Operations resumed after the air raid warning was lifted.
