Previously, the State Securities Commission has repeatedly warned about a number of organizations and individuals claiming to be securities trading organizations, providing false information that they have been licensed to establish and operate by the management agency. Some cases also guide investors to deposit money into illegal accounts, posing a great risk of fraud.
The State Securities Commission emphasizes that investors need to proactively verify the operating license and compare information of securities trading organizations on the electronic information page of the management agency before participating in investment. When detecting signs of fraud in the securities sector, investors must immediately report to the police to promptly prevent and handle according to the provisions of law.
