Vietnam Coast Guard considers proposals for year-end emulation titles

At the conference, the Council approved the draft report summarizing the emulation and reward work and the 2025 Emulation Movement; directions and tasks for 2026; scoring the emulation for the last six months of the year and the whole year of 2025; considering and proposing to award the titles of the 2025 Emulation Movement; considering and proposing to award the title of "Outstanding Cultural Unit" in 2025; considering and proposing to recognize the titles of "Exemplary, Outstanding" Comprehensive Strong Unit and "Excellent Training Unit" in 2025.

Concluding the meeting, Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Coast Guard Emulation and Reward Council in 2025. The emulation and reward work and the "Determination to Win" emulation movement of the Vietnam Coast Guard in 2025 have been comprehensively deployed, creating a driving force to promote awareness and responsibility in performing tasks.

Building a contingent of cadres, party members, union members and soldiers in the entire force with strong political will, determination, overcoming all difficulties and hardships, striving to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai, Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council delivered the concluding speech.

The Political Commissar of the Coast Guard also affirmed that the emulation and reward work has been deployed and implemented to ensure objectivity, democracy and fairness; promptly commending collectives and individuals with many achievements in performing regular and extraordinary tasks, especially activities to celebrate the anniversaries of major national holidays; in implementing movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors; in summarizing resolutions and directives; in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, and illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing...

At the same time, the Standing Office of the Vietnam Coast Guard Emulation and Reward Council is requested to fully absorb the comments at the meeting and promptly complete the reports to the Standing Committee of the Coast Guard Party Committee according to regulations.
