Cao Bang budget revenue reached 3,540 billion VND

On the morning of November 10, the 17th People's Council of Cao Bang province held its 37th session to elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term and pass important resolutions.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cao Bang province, emphasized that in the first 10 months of 2025, the locality has successfully completed many socio-economic development targets, with budget revenue reaching 3,540 billion VND, exceeding 70% of the plan, up 46% over the same period in 2024.

The tourism industry welcomed more than 2.5 million visitors, with tourism revenue of VND2,500 billion. The two-level local government model operates effectively...

However, there are still major targets that need to be determined and resolutely strived to achieve, such as: economic growth reaching 8%; disbursing 100% of capital for basic construction investment.

The Provincial People's Council session passed resolutions to issue policies, resolve problems arising in practice; create a legal corridor to deploy, implement and complete goals and tasks.

After the meeting, it is recommended that all levels, sectors and localities promptly concretize, deploy and effectively bring the contents of the resolutions into practical life.

At the meeting, delegates added two comrades: Nguyen Anh Que, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Ly Thi Hue, Director of the Department of Home Affairs to join the People's Committee of Cao Bang province.

Delegates also reviewed, commented on, and approved 11 resolutions on amending and supplementing a number of contents of Article 1 of Resolution No. 27/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 15, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of business registration fees in Cao Bang province; amending and supplementing Resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council in the field of agriculture.

Resolution amending and supplementing a number of contents of Article 1 of Resolution No. 72/2024/NQ-HDND dated September 25, 2024 stipulating the authority to decide on investment and procurement of information technology application activities and hiring information technology services using regular expenditure funds from the state budget under the management of Cao Bang province.

Resolution promulgating regulations on collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of a number of fees and charges in the fields of land, environment and water resources in Cao Bang province; Resolution on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes in Cao Bang province in 2025 (supplemented in phase 6)...
