Charity Club 17 donated 1,000 gifts to support people in Thai Nguyen province affected by storms and floods.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province to receive support for people in areas affected by storm No. 11, Charity Club 17 launched a fundraising campaign, mobilizing philanthropists to join hands to support both materially and spiritually, towards people in flood-affected areas.

On October 9, a volunteer group of 10 members of the club went directly to Phu Binh and Dong Hy communes, Thai Nguyen province, to give 1,000 gifts to households severely affected by natural disasters. Each gift is worth more than 150,000 VND, including: 1 box of instant noodles, milk, water, bread, dry food and many other necessities. In addition, the group also donated 6 boats, 50 life jackets, 100 flashlights to serve the rescue work, transportation and daily life of people after the storm.

Total gift value is about 150 million VND.
