In 2025, he rose to become one of the most prominent players in Vietnamese football, surpassing many experienced players to win the Vietnamese Silver Ball award at the young age of 21.

At the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Championship Finals, the striker born in 2004 made his mark by becoming the first Vietnamese player to win the "Top Scorer" title at the AFC U23 Asian Championship. This achievement affirms Nguyen Dinh Bac's professional ability, competitive spirit, and potential to shine in major tournaments, contributing to raising the profile of Vietnamese football on the continental map.
