(QNO) - On January 26, the Provincial Party Standing Committee deployed a plan to visit and present gifts to religious organizations, dignitaries, officials, prestigious people among ethnic minorities and armed forces in the province in 2024.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested that the organization of visits and gift giving must be timely and solemn, ensuring the correct composition and expenditure levels according to Resolution No. 31, dated December 8, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the content and expenditure levels for visits, gift giving and support to a number of subjects in the province.
There are 4 contents of visiting and giving gifts including: Visiting and giving gifts to prestigious people in ethnic minority areas; religious organizations, dignitaries, typical officials; key forces and armed forces units doing mass mobilization work in the province. The amount of visiting and giving gifts ranges from 500,000 VND to 2 million VND, depending on each individual or group and each content of visiting. The total estimated expenditure in 2024 is about 400 million VND.
The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee authorizes the Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to visit and present gifts to the above organizations and individuals and report the implementation results to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for information and monitoring. The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission develops a detailed plan and organizes the implementation of the contents to ensure compliance with regulations.
Visiting and giving gifts to organizations and individuals on the occasion of traditional holidays, New Year, important festivals, traditional days of the industry... aims to show the attention of provincial leaders in encouraging and motivating the spirit so that organizations and individuals continue to promote their roles, do a good job of propaganda and mobilization, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements.
