
At the conference, experts presented 18 in-depth analytical reports on the current nutritional situation. Based on that, recommendations and solutions to improve nutrition and develop appropriate regimens for each subject, based on evidence-based medicine, were proposed.
Typical reports include "Research orientation, implementation of national strategic goals on nutrition until 2030" (Associate Professor, Dr. Truong Tuyet Mai, Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition); "Nutritional security to enhance immunity, prevent infections for people with metabolic syndrome" (People's Teacher, Assoc. Professor, Dr. Pham Ngoc Khai, President of the Vietnam Nutrition Association).
Proposed key solutions: applying 4.0 technology, AI in consulting, monitoring diet, health assessment; developing food to support treatment; communicating and educating the community on nutrition.
The conference orients research and action to implement the National Nutrition Strategy to 2030; aiming to improve nutrition, enhance health and prevent chronic non-communicable diseases in the community.
