Before the final exams of the year, the teacher and students of class 5B at Song Cau Primary School (Bac Kan ward) captured memorable moments together in a meaningful yearbook photoshoot. For the 32 students, every smile, glance, and handshake held countless memories of their innocent primary school years under the loving roof of their school.
Teacher Hoang Thi Hong Bac, homeroom teacher of class 5B, joined in the joyful atmosphere of the students during the yearbook photoshoot, sharing: "The yearbook photoshoot of class 5B is not only an opportunity for the students to preserve images of their innocent childhood, but also a chance for teachers, parents, and students to look back on the five-year journey together. The photos taken together, between teachers and students, friends, or with loved ones, have fully captured the love and beautiful memories before the students embark on a new chapter in their lives."
For 9th and 12th grade students, graduation photos are not just about capturing final pictures of their school years, but also an opportunity to create memorable moments together. Many classes have come up with their own ideas, decorated their classrooms, prepared costumes, hired photographers and makeup artists, or chosen locations that suit their individual style.

This collaborative preparation process allows students more time to bond, share experiences, and reduce stress before important exams. Nong Thi Ngoc Hoa, a 12th-grade student specializing in Literature at Bac Kan Specialized High School, shared: "The lively atmosphere of the yearbook photoshoots helps us balance our emotions after stressful days of studying. From cleaning the classroom together and preparing props to exchanging ideas for poses, every activity has become a memorable experience for me and my friends."
Le Bao Lam, a student in class 9A3 at Duc Xuan Secondary School (Duc Xuan ward), said: "Taking yearbook photos is an opportunity for us to express our creativity and team spirit, and it leaves us with memorable memories."
Besides preserving youthful memories, graduation photos also record the milestones of maturity for graduating students before embarking on a new journey. Each frame captures images of friendship, teacher-student relationships, and youthful dreams. Many teachers also believe that group activities like graduation photos help students become more united and appreciate the time they have left to study together before saying goodbye to their familiar school.

Many parents have expressed their willingness to support their children during graduation season, as it marks a memorable milestone in their school life. However, some also argue that a reasonable budget should be considered, avoiding a focus on appearances or creating financial pressure on the family.
In reality, in some places, there has been an over-investment in yearbook photos, turning an activity meant to preserve memories into something purely 형식적인 (formalistic). Therefore, many schools need to guide students to organize simple yet meaningful yearbook photos so that the yearbook season truly becomes a beautiful memory of their youth.
