For the first time, HuongColor launched Twilight to introduce a special exhibition where painting and applied arts go hand in hand at G_Studio - a working and exhibition space for artists and designers.
Having studied color in design for over 25 years since graduating from the University of Industrial Fine Arts, and then working in creative work, this time HuongColor experiments with color in painting with 18 paintings which are watercolors on silk, acrylic on paper and canvas.

Realizing the potential and flow of color and its infinite power, as well as the impact of color on each person's emotional life, she spends a lot of time exploring the world of color and applying color with designs that suit the human mental state.
Color can make or break your vision, so color is one of the important elements in creating works of art, as well as in decorating spaces.

“ The works can be drawn to by line, surface texture, shape and a number of other elements, with most of the works in this exhibition, color is particularly important.
I want to use color to lead viewers to their own personal discoveries. At the end of each day, when I observe the sunset, the twilight, all phenomena appear magically, what I feel through my senses, are the abstract images in each painting .
In painting, I use colors randomly, but each color field has its own meaning, which creates a different vibe, with extreme contrast between light and dark, between hot and cold, as well as charming similarities, with colors that are floating and relaxing like my mood when painting .

I hope the viewer can see some silhouette to perceive an endless face of human emotions, under my many layers.
In some of my works, I have drawn circles, which are a natural symbol that is inseparable from humans. Humans find their source of life and spiritual nourishment from upward mobility, so the circle has great significance to me ,” the female author shared.
