To ensure the safety of children, the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024 (effective from January 1, 2025) clearly stipulates in Article 46: "Cars used for transportation combined with activities of picking up and dropping off preschool children and students must be equipped with devices with warning functions to prevent children from being left in cars". Along with that, Article 26 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government stipulates a fine of 4-6 million VND for individuals and 8-12 million VND for organizations if they do not equip warning devices as prescribed.

The device has been quality tested, registered for intellectual property and fully meets technical standards according to regulations.
The device operates on the following principle: After turning off the engine, if the driver does not perform the check and confirmation within 3 minutes, the system will automatically sound a loud warning. If there is still no response, the device will send a message and call the driver with the pre-set phone numbers to remind them to check the vehicle condition again.
The installation and use of the device is not only a mandatory requirement according to the law, but also a necessary technical solution to prevent the risk of forgetting children on the school bus. Educational institutions and transportation units need to seriously implement it, ensure compliance with technical standards, contribute to improving student safety, and prevent unfortunate and heartbreaking incidents that can be completely prevented in advance.
