The Party Cell of the Historical Archives Center organized a thematic activity at the special national relic site of Tran Hung Dao forest.

Implementing Plan No. 24-KH/CB dated November 24, 2025 of the Party Cell of the Historical Archives Center on organizing thematic activities "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, promoting the people's mastery, and caring for the people's material and spiritual life".

On November 29, 2025, the Party Cell of the Historical Archives Center under the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province organized Thematic activities at the Tran Hung Dao forest special national relic site, the activity aimed at commemorating the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025). At the activity, party members and the masses of the Party cell learned about the birth and historical significance of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. and the great contributions of General Vo Nguyen Giap - the excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh and visit the relic site.
