Social housing targets for localities in the period 2025-2030

The Government issued Resolution No. 7/NQ-CP dated January 12, 2026, on assigning targets for social housing development to localities for the period 2026-2030.

Based on the assigned targets for social housing development , localities should strive to complete or exceed these targets to contribute to the overall national goal of completing the construction of at least 1 million social housing units by 2030.
