Within the framework of the program, each teacher received a Certificate of Commendation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, a savings account worth 10 million VND, and many valuable prizes from the Ministry of Education and Training and Thien Long Group.

Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, stated: Among those honored, there are teachers who have dedicated their entire lives to their profession, quietly staying in schools and villages, becoming pillars of knowledge in areas still facing many difficulties. There are also teachers who are very young but have made continuous efforts, quickly demonstrating their professional competence and achieving many proud accomplishments. And there are those who have overcome their personal circumstances, persistently spreading knowledge in the most remote areas of the country.

"We are even more appreciative knowing that among the teachers honored this year, 36 are from ethnic minority groups, representing 18 ethnic groups such as Thai, Muong, Mong, La Chi, Bo Y, Co Tu, Jrai, Ha Nhi… With all their dedication and passion, these teachers not only impart knowledge but also sow the seeds of morality, cultivate beautiful character, and become shining examples for their students to follow; so that kindness and good values are spread and multiplied every day," the President of the Vietnam Youth Union emphasized.

Through the "Sharing with Teachers" program, the President of the Vietnam Youth Union hopes that teachers will feel the affection, respect, and sincere gratitude that the Youth Union, the Association, and the community are sending. This is not only an acknowledgment of the teachers' persistent contributions and silent sacrifices, but also an affirmation that their journey of imparting knowledge is always supported, understood, and given the recognition it deserves.

Sharing her thoughts at the program, Ms. Dinh Le Thu (Duong Hoa commune, Quang Ninh province) said that her decision to stay in her hometown stemmed not only from her affection for her family and childhood memories but also from her understanding of the difficulties faced by the students there. Recognizing the many shortcomings in their learning conditions, she wished to contribute her small part to improving the local educational environment. Returning to her hometown to teach was not just a career choice, but a desire to use her knowledge and passion to make her hometown a better place.

The "Sharing with Teachers" program, jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Ministry of Education and Training, and Thien Long Group, has been running since 2015. This year, the program features several new aspects, including: the largest selection process ever, strong social mobilization with participation from various resources, numerous practical activities expressing gratitude, and the spreading of the message "Millions of Vietnamese hearts together write and draw words of gratitude."

The Selection Council met and selected 80 outstanding teachers to participate in a series of commendation activities in Hanoi , including 36 teachers and officers/soldiers of the Border Guard who are ethnic minorities. The oldest teacher is Ms. Tran Thi Thao (born in 1969), working at Dao San Ethnic Boarding Primary School, Dao San commune, Lai Chau province (23 years of service). The youngest teacher is Ms. Vuong Thi Tuoi (born in 1997), working at Ban Diu Ethnic Boarding Primary School, Xin Man commune, Tuyen Quang province (5 years of service). The comprehensive activities of the "Sharing with Teachers 2025" program go beyond simply honoring teachers; they also open up a journey of connecting emotions and actions, where the spirit of gratitude spreads from remote classrooms to the online world, from cities to border regions.
