Russia says it shot down six US-made ATACMS missiles . According to the Russian Defense Ministry , its air defense systems shot down six US-made Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) launched by Ukraine in the past 24 hours.
" 10 Ukrainian UAVs, 6 US-made ATACMS tactical missiles and 2 French-made smart guided bombs named Hammer were shot down by Russian air defense forces ," the Russian Defense Ministry announced.
Sergei Aksyonov, the head of the Russian-appointed Crimean administration, confirmed that ATACMS missiles were shot down on the peninsula. However, he did not specify how many ATACMS missiles were shot down.
