Chien Thang won the Championship, Quang Teo won the Golden Voice award for 'Comedy singing love songs'

The final round of the 2025 Comedy Love Song Contest just took place at Dai Nam Theater, under the guidance of four MCs Thao Van, Kim Huyen Sam, Vuong Rau and singer Long Nhat.

The contest gathered many famous comedians such as Meritorious Artist Tien Quang (Quang Teo), Chien Thang, Dung Nhi, Le My, Thanh Tu, Hoang Yen, Quy Quoc and the artist couple Bao Trung - Dieu Tham.

"Comedy love songs" brings together many famous comedians.

After the online rounds, eight outstanding comedians from across the country were selected for the final round. In the final round, four outstanding faces continued to compete, including Quang Teo, Chien Thang, Dung Nhi and Thanh Tu.

Each contestant delivered emotional and well-crafted performances, choosing songs that suited their own voice and style. Quang Teo surprised everyone with the performance of Vet thu tren luong ngua hoang, not only thanks to his experienced voice but also his realistic acting. His ending made the audience choke up as they burst into tears, tears rolling down their faces before collapsing on the stage, creating an unforgettable emotional moment.

Dung Nhi showed off his strengths with a traditional Southern opera performance, while Chien Thang won over the audience with Hoa trinh nu with his sincere and deep voice. Thanh Tu captivated the audience with Tinh bo vo, a performance rich in emotions and filled with the breath of everyday life.

In the end, artist Quang Teo received the Golden Voice Award, while the winner of the contest was Chien Thang. The runners-up were Dung Nhi and Thanh Tu.

General Director Nguyen Cong Vuong shared: “The competition does not focus on technical factors but that does not mean it is easy. The judges give frank comments, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each performance. We do this so that the artists have more playing fields, the audience can have relaxing moments and the artists themselves can feel more clearly their never-ending love for the stage.”

Judge People's Artist Thanh Hoa was impressed with the sincerity in the comedians' voices: " They sing with their hearts, each with their own color. Unlike professional singers who are sometimes too methodical."

People's Artist Trung Duc gave special praise to the emotional voices of Dung Nhi and Chien Thang. People's Artist Quoc Anh not only sat on the judge's panel but also sang a duet with Thanh Tu. He shared that, while sitting on the panel, he saw the program revive many valuable music genres such as red music, pre-war music, bolero, folk music - music genres that, according to him, are the "soul" of Vietnamese music .

"Before, audiences thought we only knew how to perform comedy. But recently, many artists have stepped out of their "comfort zone" to sing and even compete," People's Artist Quoc Anh said.

The final round of Comedy Singing Love Songs 2025 ended with emotional moments, loved by the audience and was where comedians shined not only with laughter but also with their voices.
