Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company was established on January 5, 2026, with a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion. It is a subsidiary of Hoa Sen Group , holding a 99% ownership stake, and is responsible for managing and developing the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials and Interior Design Supermarket System nationwide.

The announcement of the establishment of Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company marks a significant strategic step for Hoa Sen Group amidst a volatile global business environment, increasing trade protectionism, and disruptions to international supply chains, requiring businesses to proactively reorient their development strategies.
According to Hoa Sen Group's leadership, the establishment of Hoa Sen Home is not only aimed at expanding the product portfolio, but also at building a modern, large-scale, and well-organized distribution model, focusing on the domestic market, maximizing core advantages in brand, distribution system, management capabilities, and understanding of the domestic market, promoting investment in areas with long-term potential, bringing high added value, and creating momentum for sustainable growth in the future.
In line with its strategic direction, Hoa Sen Home is built and developed as an independent company, operating under a modern, transparent, and efficient management model. Hoa Sen Home's vision is to become a large-scale distribution enterprise, playing a leading role in the building materials and interior design market in Vietnam, aiming for multi-billion dollar revenues in the future. Once all favorable conditions regarding scale, management, and market are met, Hoa Sen Home will conduct an IPO and become a public company, opening up new development opportunities while enhancing value for shareholders, partners, and society.
In fact, the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials and Furniture Supermarket System has been in operation since the beginning of 2021. At the 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Hoa Sen Group presented to shareholders and identified one of its key strategic tasks for the 2021-2026 period as developing business operations according to a new model, diversifying the product portfolio in the Building Materials and Furniture sector; and establishing a chain of Hoa Sen Home Building Materials and Furniture Supermarkets nationwide.
On February 20, 2021, Hoa Sen Group officially launched its first Hoa Sen Home supermarket in Thot Not, Can Tho. Currently, the Hoa Sen Home system owns more than 400 stores nationwide, including 143 stores operating under the Hoa Sen Home supermarket model, selling over 15,000 building materials products from leading partners in Vietnam and around the world . In addition to its distribution partners, Hoa Sen Home has partnered with and owns 11 building materials brands for exclusive distribution.
By 2026, Hoa Sen Home plans to expand to 165 supermarkets, and by 2030, the goal is to have at least 300 supermarkets nationwide, including Mega Homes with areas ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 m², becoming a distribution center for building materials and interior design in key economic regions across the country.

Alongside the completion and expansion of the Hoa Sen Home system, Hoa Sen Group announced a collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor to implement a project to develop at least 20,000 social housing units for workers and laborers in Ho Chi Minh City during the period 2026-2030, contributing to the goal of developing approximately 199,400 social housing units by 2030 as outlined in Plan No. 06-KH/TU dated July 30, 2025, of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
The strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties was officially signed at the "Social Housing Development Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City – From Model to Action" held on January 16, 2026, in the presence of leaders from various departments and agencies in Ho Chi Minh City. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement within the framework of a professional forum affirms the high level of commitment and consensus among the stakeholders, and demonstrates their shared determination to implement social housing policies and guidelines effectively and sustainably.
Hoa Sen Group and the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor Unions signed a memorandum of understanding on a strategic cooperation agreement to develop at least 20,000 social housing units for workers and laborers.
Simultaneously, the social housing development project is also part of Hoa Sen Group's overall new development strategy, in which the Hoa Sen Home system plays a crucial role in completing the ecosystem. As the largest distributor of building materials and interior furnishings in Vietnam today, Hoa Sen Home not only meets the needs of the residential and commercial markets but also has the capacity to supply integrated material and interior design solutions for social housing projects.

Within the framework of the event, Hoa Sen Home officially signed a cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud Co., Ltd. (Singapore) prioritizing the use of Alibaba Cloud for Hoa Sen Home's IT system solutions such as ERP, CRM, and SCM. They also prioritize the application of Alibaba Cloud's artificial intelligence (AI) in the operation of their retail chain: ERP, e-Commerce, CRM, and SCM. Simultaneously, they signed a contract to implement a Smart Supply Chain Management (Smart SCM) solution with Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. for the Hoa Sen Home system. Both are member companies of the Alibaba Group.
The signing of contracts with Alibaba Cloud and Cainiao is seen as a strategic step in Hoa Sen Home's comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, helping the company build a modern, flexible, and scalable technology infrastructure to meet the operational requirements of its large-scale distribution system. Simultaneously, the SCM and logistics solutions implemented by Cainiao will contribute to increased supply chain efficiency, reduced delivery times, cost control, and enhanced customer experience, creating a solid foundation for Hoa Sen Home's sustainable development, improved competitiveness, and readiness for long-term growth goals in the future.
Furthermore, Hoa Sen Home continues to invest heavily in its customer management platform and product ecosystem by signing a contract to implement Salesforce CRM with Salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. and International Management Systems Integration Company Limited (Gimasys). The implementation of Salesforce CRM – the world's leading customer relationship management platform – will help Hoa Sen Home standardize customer data, enhance sales, marketing, and after-sales service management capabilities, and build a synchronized, transparent, and scalable operating system to meet the growing demands of its distribution network in the future.
Hoa Sen Home has signed agreements with leading partners in the technology and commercial product supply sectors both domestically and internationally.
Simultaneously, Hoa Sen Home officially signed cooperation agreements with reputable domestic and international commercial product suppliers, including: VAS Nghi Son construction steel; Arrow sanitary ware and faucets; Monalisa tiles; Navarti tiles; Mirage tiles; Hafele electrical and kitchen equipment; AkzoNobel decorative paint; Cadivi electrical wires; Siemens circuit breakers; Roca sanitary ware; Vicostone artificial stone; Bosch power tools; and Kim Tin flooring. These cooperation agreements clearly demonstrate Hoa Sen Home's sustainable, systematic, and in-depth development orientation from its very first steps, affirming the prestige, capabilities, and position of Hoa Sen Home – a company with sufficient foundation, vision, and capacity to accompany major partners in their long-term goals.
