Waiting to drive mini-tanks on April 30th in Ho Chi Minh City.

During the April 30th - May 1st holiday, crowds flocked to Suoi Tien Cultural Tourist Area (Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) to have fun, combine sightseeing, and experience various entertainment activities.

Among the highlights is the "Tank Journey" experience zone. Here, visitors can directly control mini-tanks to move through simulated terrain sections.

These mini-tanks, designed to resemble military vehicles, are painted moss green, have metal hulls, and feature a gun barrel-shaped front end. They are not only used for traversing terrain but are also developed for historical role-playing, allowing visitors to observe and participate directly, thereby experiencing the atmosphere of past battles.

With its tank-like track design, the vehicle can move flexibly across various simulated terrains. The streamlined, easy-to-use control system integrates two movement modes, fast and slow, to suit different players.

"At first, I thought it would be difficult, but surprisingly, it wasn't too complicated to drive. As the car went around the curves, I started to feel excited, a little nervous but also happy. This area has a lot of trees, so waiting wasn't too hot," shared Mr. Huu Sang (Dong Hoa ward).

According to Tri Thuc - Znews, the mini-tank area is constantly crowded, especially during peak hours. Many tourists line up to try the thrill of driving off-road vehicles, a novel experience at the tourist area.

Each vehicle carries one to four people. Ticket prices range from 70,000 to 200,000 VND per trip, suitable for various groups of passengers.

Before starting the ride, players are briefed on controls and safety precautions. Throughout the operation, staff are on hand to assist and supervise, ensuring the safety of visitors.

Besides the driving experience, the tourist area also organizes a tank parade with 10 tanks and 30 personnel. The parade moves through the main roads, accompanied by sound and flags, attracting many tourists to stop and watch.

"Today I was lucky enough to participate as a tank driver. Sitting behind the wheel, driving around the crowded tourist area, I felt a sense of heroism. It was a fun and special experience, and I will remember this moment," shared Pham Tuyen, a student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Film.

A young child, engrossed and captivated, intently observes and holds the steering wheel of a miniature tank. This innocent moment, set against the backdrop of the national flag, brings a vibrant and intimate feeling to the holiday.

According to the operating unit's representative, the "War Chariot Journey" will not only serve during holidays but will continue throughout the peak summer season, in conjunction with other activities such as the Southern Fruit Festival. The addition of new experiential products is expected to diversify recreational activities and increase the attractiveness of the tourist area in the future.
