Specifically, the resolution allows qualified Vietnamese people to play casino at Phu Quoc casino project ( An Giang province) from November 26; pilot allowing qualified Vietnamese people to play casino at Ho Tram casino project (HCMC) within 5 years from November 26 and at Van Don project (Quang Ninh province) within 5 years from the date of issuance of the certificate of eligibility for casino business.
At the end of the pilot period, the Ho Tram and Van Don casino projects will stop allowing qualified Vietnamese people to enter the casino until there is a conclusion from the competent authority according to the law on casino business.
Enterprises implementing casino projects are responsible for organizing business and managing Vietnamese people who are qualified to play casinos, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations on casino business.
