This is a collection of 19 yellow apricot blossom trees skillfully planted on a black starwood trunk over 4 meters long, shaped like a dugout canoe carrying the colors of spring.

According to Mr. Mai Dinh Dung, the owner of the artwork, the 19 apricot blossom trees were meticulously selected from Binh Dinh, the capital of yellow apricot blossoms. To ensure the flowers bloom at the right time and the shape meets the standards, all of these trees were transported to the South for careful care and pruning for many weeks before being returned to the North to serve the Tet market.

The unique feature of the "Van Loc Nghinh Xuan" plant is that the entire tree is planted directly on a treated black ebony wood trunk. The wood core acts as a support base containing soil and organic fertilizer, helping the tree grow well without the need for a pot or tray.

The natural moss covering the trunk of the black starwood tree creates a solemn, ancient appearance.

The artist stated that each apricot blossom tree in "Ten Thousand Blessings Welcoming Spring" is between 5 and 10 years old.

Priced at nearly 800 million VND, the boat carrying 19 yellow apricot blossom trees promises to be one of the most distinctive highlights in the flower and ornamental plant market during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.
