Chon Thanh: 37 candidates expected to run for ward People's Council delegates, term 2026-2031

On the afternoon of December 9, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chon Thanh Ward held the first consultation conference to plan the structure, composition and allocation of the number of people recommended to run for the Ward People's Council, term 2026-2031.

At the conference, the delegates approved the project on the structure, composition and allocation of the number of candidates for the Ward People's Council, term 2-2026-2031. The delegates voted unanimously, the proposed structure of candidates for the Chon Thanh Ward People's Council for the term 2026-2031, with 37 candidates (not including self-nominated candidates), electing 22 delegates. In which the structure according to the composition of candidates: Political organizations: 05 delegates. Socio-political organizations: 06 delegates. State agencies: 08 delegates. People's armed forces units: 04 delegates. Residential area units: 06 delegates. Economic organizations: 02 delegates. Professional, ethnic, religious and farmer units: 06 delegates. In which the combined structure: 13 re-elected people, 18 female people, 2 religious people, 4 non-party people, 11 young people.
