Lao Cai Chairman Tran Huy Tuan holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee, was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the morning of November 12, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

At the conference, the representative of the Office of the Party Central Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Huy Tuan to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, emphasized that Mr. Tran Huy Tuan grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions. He is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management; determined to be close to the grassroots, and capable of gathering and uniting agencies and units.

In his positions, Mr. Tuan always completed his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency and unit.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that with his experience, the new Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee will promote all his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility, continue to learn and strive together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan fully accepted the direction and assigned tasks of the Central Organizing Committee; at the same time, he promised to always maintain political mettle, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, and put the interests of the Party and the people above all else.

Mr. Tuan added that he will continue to study, cultivate, and practice; maintain a close, practical, and effective working style; maintain close ties with the people; promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity; devote all his strength, intelligence, enthusiasm, and aspiration to contribute, together with the entire Provincial Party Executive Committee to build a clean and strong Party and political system; effectively exploit potentials and advantages, accelerate, and make breakthroughs; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, striving to make Ninh Binh a centrally-run city by 2030.

Mr. Tran Huy Tuan was born in 1974, from Lao Cai province. He has a degree in Advanced Political Theory; Hydraulic Engineer, Bachelor of Political Economy, Master of Natural Resources and Environmental Economics.

Before becoming Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tuan held important positions in Yen Bai province (old) such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Van Yen District Party Committee; Member of the Standing Committee of the 18th Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Deputy Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021; Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.

On June 24, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province (after merger) for the 2021-2026 term.
