The Red Star Award Ceremony - Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025 took place on November 26-27, 2025 in Hanoi , as one of the special events to celebrate the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association. Through a rigorous selection process with more than 300 registered candidates and 137 nominated profiles from 25 provinces and cities, the Top 100 outstanding young entrepreneurs were revealed after the closed voting rounds, including Mr. Hoang Mai Chung.
Entrepreneur Hoang Mai Chung is the Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneur of 2025
Enterprises of the Top 100 young entrepreneurs winning the 2025 Award have total assets of nearly 3 million billion VND, generating revenue of over 310 trillion VND, after-tax profit of nearly 42 trillion VND, paying the budget in 2024 nearly 21 trillion VND, and a total number of employees of nearly 60,000 people. Particularly, enterprises of 10 Red Star entrepreneurs 2025 have total assets of over 2.8 million billion VND, generating revenue in 2024 of over 214 trillion VND, profit of over 30 trillion VND, paying the budget nearly 14 trillion VND, and a total number of employees of over 19,000 people.
Speaking about the award, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, emphasized: "The award not only honors young entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in business management and operation, but more importantly, it also recognizes their tireless efforts and intellectual contributions to the country's socio -economic development."
Mr. Dang Hong Anh also affirmed that the selected outstanding young entrepreneurs of 2025, in addition to being good at managing and developing the economy, must also be pioneers on the new front.
The Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs who won the 2025 Award were recognized for their efforts, intellectual contributions, and labor to the country's socio-economic development.
At the award ceremony, Mr. Hoang Mai Chung shared: “This is a great honor but also a heavier responsibility for me. I receive this title not only as an individual, but also as a representative of my colleagues and employees at Meey Group - those who have overcome many challenges with me to build a modern real estate technology platform.”
