
The report of the representative of the Office of the President at the meeting said that in November, under the attention and direct guidance of the President and Vice President, the Office of the President has promoted its role of advising, synthesizing, ensuring progress and quality in serving the State leaders in implementing tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat, according to the provisions of the Constitution. Many domestic and foreign activities of the State leaders have left many good impressions, receiving the attention and high appreciation of public opinion in the country and international friends.
The Office of the President has also closely coordinated with relevant agencies to prepare content, programs, advise and serve the President and Vice President to effectively perform tasks related to the fields of legislation, executive, judiciary, national defense-security, foreign affairs; visited people in flooded areas in Da Nang within the framework of the National Great Unity Day. In addition, foreign affairs work has been effectively implemented, especially the President's participation in the APEC 2025 Summit Week in Korea and activities to welcome foreign leaders.

After listening to the report and comments at the conference, the President commended the efforts and sense of responsibility of the leadership and staff of the Office of the President for closely following and innovating in preparation, organization, and effective advice according to functions and tasks; including eight outstanding results.
However, in addition to the achieved results, the President also pointed out the limitations and shortcomings compared to the task requirements that the Office of the President needs to try harder in coordinating to grasp the situation and give advice and proposals.
Currently, there is only a little over a month left until the end of 2025. With a short time, a lot of work, and high requirements, the President requested that leaders and staff of the Office make efforts, prepare carefully, and implement tasks with a thoughtful, tight plan, following the process; the implementation steps take work efficiency as a measure. Leaders and staff of the Office of the President need to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, coordinate and collaborate with relevant units to assess the situation, proactively propose advice, and review to ensure that both regular and ad hoc tasks are not missed. Along with that, the Office of the President focuses on leading and directing the good organization of summarizing the implementation of tasks in 2025 and deploying tasks in 2026; in which, the achieved results and existing problems are evaluated in a substantial and objective manner to develop plans and deploy work in the coming time to achieve increasingly better results.
The President requested the Office of the President to continue to innovate its thinking and improve the quality of strategic advice, especially on matters directly related to the functions and duties of the President and Vice President as prescribed by the Constitution. In addition, the Office will focus on developing the 2026 work program; effectively serving important meetings of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform and the National Defense and Security Council; and carefully preparing for domestic and foreign affairs activities at the end of the year.
The President also requested the Office to continue to monitor the impact of floods on people's lives in order to promptly visit and care for people's lives, helping them to soon stabilize their lives, especially during the upcoming Lunar New Year.
The President affirmed that the requirements for the Office of the President are increasingly high, requiring all staff to continue to train their mettle, improve their qualifications, maintain a spirit of solidarity and responsibility to successfully complete the task of advising and serving the State leadership in the coming time.
