President Luong Cuong offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 and the Northern Palace.

In the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the evening of February 16th (29th of the Lunar month), just before the New Year's Eve, President Luong Cuong visited and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 in the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area within the Presidential Palace and at the Presidential Office building in the Northern Palace, No. 2 Le Thach Street.

In the sacred atmosphere of the final moments of the Year of the Snake, before the revered spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, President Luong Cuong expressed his profound respect and gratitude to the brilliant leader of our Party and people, the national liberation hero, who brought glory to the nation, the people, and the land of Vietnam.

Exactly 57 years ago, President Ho Chi Minh delivered his last New Year's greeting, conveying his heartfelt love to the entire Party and the entire nation. More than half a century has passed, yet the image of Uncle Ho remains deeply etched in the minds of every person, always present and inspiring our nation on its path of development.

With profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh, President Luong Cuong is determined to work together with the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to awaken and promote the strength of national unity, realizing the aspiration for a country that is increasingly prosperous, civilized, and happy, and for its people to enjoy ever greater well-being and happiness.

House No. 67 is where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked during the last years of his life; it also houses many relics associated with his life and great revolutionary career.

The Office of the President of Vietnam, located at 2 Le Thach Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi, is a historically significant site associated with many important events of the country. It was where President Ho Chi Minh and the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam worked from the period after the August Revolution until the start of the nationwide resistance in 1946; and it commemorates the heroic achievements of the Capital Regiment in the early days of the nationwide resistance.

The President visited and offered incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 and the Presidential Office building at 2 Le Thach Street on the last evening of the Year of the Snake, demonstrating the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source," and the profound gratitude of the Party, State, and people towards President Ho Chi Minh.

On the occasion of the New Year, the President sends his best wishes to all officials, civil servants, and employees of the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site; and to all officials, civil servants, and employees of the Office of the President and their families, and hopes that the entire staff will continue to strive and excellently fulfill their assigned tasks.
