On January 22nd, according to the working program of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Congress elected the 14th Central Committee of the Party.

Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Member of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress, Chairman of the National Assembly of the 15th Party Congress - was re-elected to the Central Committee of the Party for the 14th Party Congress.

Comrade Tran Thanh Man was born on August 12, 1962. His hometown is Can Tho City.
