Chairman of Thai Nguyen province Pham Hoang Son becomes Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and at the same time introduced to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

On the afternoon of November 14, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

The representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision that Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Son was mobilized and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and was also introduced to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong said the decision was made according to the policy of the Politburo and Secretariat on arranging all positions of Provincial People's Committee Chairmen to be non-locals.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, was mobilized and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized that Mr. Pham Hoang Son grew up from the grassroots, experienced many working positions, and was assessed as a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Pham Hoang Son, promised to always maintain his political mettle, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, put the interests of the Party and the people first and foremost; devote all his strength, intelligence, and enthusiasm to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, and caring for the lives and happiness of the people of Bac Ninh.

Mr. Pham Hoang Son was born in 1976, from Thai Nguyen province. He has a Master's degree in Agricultural Science.

During his working career, Mr. Son held the following positions: Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province's Party agencies; Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province...
